Mozart Plug-in Liszt and plotters Virtual-Design Support Contacts

Plug-ins add specific functions to Mozart in order to satisfy particular needs. The user himself can write his own plug-ins, Mozart will automatically recognize and load them.

Plug-ins allow to customize Mozart's installations to the needs of the user and reduce the cost because they avoid the purchase of what is not needed.

The following plug-ins are available for all users of Mozart.
Users can request the development of personal plug-ins to create special reports or drawing functions. On request personal plug-ins are not available to other users in order to protect his reserveness.

 

  • Calculation of material consumption.
    It provides two methods for processing an estimate of material consumption by creating reports in text or Excel format.
    The automatic method includes three levels of waste and the possibility to set the geometric approximation of pieces giving considerable flexibility of configuration.
    The placement method allows you to extract all the pieces in the required materials and make a manual placement of the pieces for each material to calculate the nested surface.
    Consumption data can be exported to pdm and other data management software via text files.
    It also allows you to create the piece sheet in text or Excel format and the piece sheet with the shape of each piece in Excel format.
  • List of accessories
    Allows you to define the accessories (zipper, cords, hinges, rivets, etc.) by placing them directly on the pieces or adding them to a list to then make the bill in text or Excel format.
    The list can be exported to pdm and other data management software via text files.
  • Automatic print table creation.
    Automatically arranges the pieces to be printed on the surface corresponding to the cardboard sheet to speed up the printing operation.
    The pieces that are too large in size of the sheet are placed next the priting table for a manual placement.
  • Translator.
    It allows you to translate texts from one language to another. The translation is based on a multilingual dictionary consisting of an Excel sheet that is created by the user himself during the translation phase.
  • Tridimensional surfaces flattening.
    This plug-in adds a command to flatten a tridimensional surface (mesh or Coon's surface) and obtain the equivalent bidimensional surface.
    The command requests to select the tridimensional surface to flatten and the optimization level, then creates the bidimensional surface.

  • Technical data sheets.
    This plug-in realize the technical sheets of the model with the indications of the main phases of cutting, preparation and assembly.
    The sheets in A4 format can be printed and exported to PDF.
    Among the available phases: cutting, splitting, skiving, recutting, gluing, thermo-gluing, dyeing and marking.
  • Creating polyline from spline (NURBS).
    This plug-in creates a polyline having the same shape of the selected spline (NURBS) simply indicating the optimisation level.

  • Basic patterns construction.
    Some type of patterns are particularly suited to be automatized. Using a simple interface this plug-in automatically creates the tridimensional model and the outlines of main pieces. The user can chose between 9 types of patterns, each pattern subdivided into several types. The tridimensional pattern can be used to evaluate the proportions and to develop the Virtual photography. The outlines can be used as a starting base to develop the whole pattern.

  • Interface DXF AAMA.
    This plug-in allows the dialogue between Mozart and programs or cutting machines that accept DXF AAMA 292.
    Extremely customizable allows the creation of multiple configurations to better interface every other program or cutting machine that supports the AAMA 292 standard.
    It can overcome the limitations of the standard AAMA 292 as it can define five levels of quality areas, thirteen drilling tools, three types of notches, the pieces to be mirrored or that cut for more than one bags, objects to be projected on the plane of the cutting machine, cutting direction and horizontal and vertical motifs of teh material.
